Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Currently Coral Bay Outfitters ships via UPS, DHL, Federal Express.  We will select either DHL ground, Federal Express ground service , USPS, or UPS ground when "flat rate shipping" is the option you choose when you place your order. Flat rate shipping is available only in the continental 48 states.

To assure timely processing of your orders, we require that all credit card purchases ship to the same billing address as the credit card used for the transaction. Due to recent credit card fraud attempts, any order that is not shipped to the billing address of the credit card used may face a small delay while we verify ownership of the Credit Card and validity of the order. This manual process of contacting credit card owners takes extra time in processing orders. This verification process is to protect you, our valued customer, from the improper use of stolen credit card information.

Warranty/Return Policy:

Coral Bay Outfitters gladly accepts returns of merchandise for 21 days after the date of sale. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Opened DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to customerservice@coralbayoutfitters.com and include the original order number, the name of the product being returned, and the reason for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Coral Bay Outfitters does not refund origonal shipping charges. Upon receipt of returned product Coral Bay Outfitters will ship replacements at no additional charge.
